We have consultants here at Reality HR who are fully trained as Insights Discovery Practitioners to form an Insights Discovery Profile and find a solution which will help business owners improve communication and relationships within their teams, driving creativity, productivity and ultimately business results. How do you implement Insights® Discovery? The Insights Discovery Profile metric allows you to view the different insights personalities in your team and advises how you should communicate and engage with them, focusing on their personality traits, what they’re good at and what they enjoy doing. Each result will show a blend of all the four colours, with one colour energy being more prominent than the others. The four different colours represent a different personality trait. The insights discovery colours are Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue.
